Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Mushrooms 
1/2 cup chopped onions 1 cup chopped celery
2/3 cup chopped red or yellow bell pepper 4 sprigs parsley, chopped
4-5 cloves garlic, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup, less salt and low fat
2 cups cooked rice 1 1/2-2 cups shrimp, cooked, peeled and coarsely chopped (8 ounces)
1 1/2-2 cups crabmeat (8 ounces) 2 tablespoons tub margarine
1/2 cup bread crumbs 2 dozen large mushrooms
1/2 teaspoons no-salt lemon pepper seasoning Black pepper to taste
Sauté onions, celery, bell pepper in margarine. Add garlic, parsley, 1/4 cup bread crumbs and stir. Add soup and stir. Fold in shrimp and crabmeat. Then fold in rice, lemon-pepper and pepper. Place mixture in mushroom caps. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
Yield = 2 Dozen
